This three part workshop is comprised of the following components...

Step One – Self Assessment:

Strategy begins with knowledge, both external and internal to your organization.  Select the following link to begin your self assessment and determine in which lifecycle phase each of your functional areas currently reside. This Lifecycle Analysis is an excellent first assessment designed to bring all your organizational elements into alignment. Then, make sure to bring this assessment, as well as, the following (if you have them): mission, vision, values statements; your case for funding, value proposition, or elevator speech, and current strategic plan to use as reference materials for the workshop.

Step Two – The Workshop:

Phase one: We will examine the four critical steps to developing strategy and each of their critical assets:

Assessment: In order to plan your route to the top, it is imperative to understand the environment.  We’ll help you discover those assessments that are most critical to your strategic knowledge.

Planning: There’s more to planning than an afternoon brainstorming session. We’ll focus on the framework that identifies strategic initiatives and the critical elements to a dynamic process.

Implementation: To keep focused on your vision, you need to keep your plan off the shelf.  Learn tactics that will keep your strategy uppermost in stakeholder minds and at the forefront of your discussions.

Measurement: Your plan needs to have predefined benchmarks that provide indicators that your actions are on target.  We’ll review techniques that provide for nimble milestones to measure progress.

Phase Two: Is a hands-on work session:

Armed with this knowledge, your core foundational directives, and your self-assessment, we will guide you through the process of identifying your key strategic initiatives to develop a game plan to begin your strategic campaign. We will end the workshop with an interactive Q & A session.

Step Three – Personalized Coaching:

An outside perspective can offer a fresh perspective and be valuable in developing a well-rounded and focused strategic plan.  For workshop participants, Questus Strategies is offering three optional hour-long coaching sessions (at least one in person and two telephone consultations) at a special reduced rate of $150.  You can pre-select this option, or add it within 30 days of the workshop. As part of this coaching, we will review your lifecycle analysis, assess your strategic initiatives, and provide direction in implementing your plan.
